I. Product Guarantee
We commit to serve the best quality product for our
customer. These are conditions of Quarzel Product Guarantee:
- Product guarantee effective for two days after it received by costumer.
- Product guarantee is not valid for customer who
buy at our offline shop.
- Claim if you find any defect such as sewing
failure and fabric damage.
- Your claim will not be approved if the product has been used.
- The defect product will be exchange by another same product, as long as it still available. If the replacement is unavailable, we will
offer you: (a) claim as Service Guarantee or (b) refund your money.
- The defect product returned to us must unimpaired.
II. Service Guarantee
We provide Service Guarantee for three months after purchasing, Quarzel Service Guarantee conditions are:
- Claim if there existed loose sewing in product.
- For minor damage caused by customer careless, we attempt to repair it for free.
